Communication with people

I encounter a busy day, starting from the morning as I have to send email, Update and posts ADs. I have a very good relationship with my managers as they say they will never do anything without my help am like a key to their company. I have learnt to Recruit people over the phone and face to face, how to advertise ADs, making them catchy, communicate with many people as we are a company of 50 and more, dealing with everyone else's attitude everyday but still keep up a positive attitude and always smile. I really enjoy recruiting people and see them grow within our company, like getting promoted and all that. The most challenging part is when you get on a phone call booking a person for an appointment and all you encounter is how rude they become on the phone call but then, you have to keep up positive attitude.

Goal driven and self-motivated individual

I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and my communication and leadership skills have improved. I have learnt to be a stronger, responsible person. I have the ability to work hard and do standby’s . I have succeeded in working under pressure, independently and without supervision. I enjoy working for this company as everyone is friendly. Management is great and understanding. I have also learnt to keep up with the times and high demands of the industry. I’m very loyal and very stable. I’m a diligent worker and can work within whatever parameters are given to me. I have learnt how to handle an angry client by logically analyzing what happened and how the situation could have been handled more effectively and determine how to prevent the mishap going forward.

Marketing and Promotions

Marketing is something I used to fear and hate , but ever since I learned more about it and joined , Marketing is one of the things I hated and was afraid of in life until I joined the business and learned to do it with excitement rather than frustration. I am a sales person and I enjoyed it more than any other job because there are too many opportunities in it that can get me far in life like getting to own my own company.
