I dont have a job anymore due to retrenchment but i use to enjoy my work as i worked with customers we were woking on the etoll project. It was a wonderful moment as i had to report to the supervisor and we were also given a chance to act on behalf of our supervisors in their absence.

Pros: We were not allowed to take money or gifts fro our clients regardless of how happy they are about our service.
Cons: We were expected to always be proffessional at all times and respect time at all times

Excellent learning curve

I am responsible for data capturing,filling,telephone enquiries and mailing.I have learnt how important accuracy is,working in a team and good communication skills

I am a Management and HR Generalist Practitioner. I have an in-depth understanding of Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Performance Management and Employee Relations as well as drafting formal documentation. I have a great passion and love for people, their development and their behavior in the workplace. I am also extremely passionate about business and making them better and more profitable. I enjoy my work and seeing individuals reach their full potential in the work place brings fulfillment and purpose to what I do.

Pros: relationship building, report building, project management
Cons: I took on to much at some time.
