Good experience within the company

working for the company was a great opportunity for me as I have got the opportunity to be the stand in supervisor for a team of up to 12 agents and was a challenge but a successful one, and the team spirit, the incentives team building and last but not least great environment

Pros: Stand in supervisor
Cons: Over time

Very exciting to live on the edge every month.

A typical work day involves the editor-in-chief, production editor and deputy editor nit-picking and finding somebody new to scream at. My relationship with my co-workers is mainly cordial and professional. I have learnt that I have a very thick skin and a high degree of tolerance. I enjoy everything I do since I love my job and its what I've always wanted to do. The most challenging aspect of this job is inconsistent and incompetent management strategies.

Pros: Employment from month to month
Cons: Not knowing if a salary is forthcoming at the end of the month
