Excellent learning curve

This job entailed conducting telephonic interviews with customer's in the telecommunication industry. Where I would read a survey as I spoke to customers and record their responses. I worked in conductive work environment where there was good team work amongst my co-workers. We usually had good relations with our bosses. This job has helped me put into practice skills I had learned theoretically at the university of the free state while studying corporate and marketing communication, as I got employ interpersonal communication skills as well as persuasive communication skills.
