Great learning experience

Working at this company has been an eye opener more than anything. As opposed to a big company, there is a larger variety of work, one doesn't strictly do desktop support you end up working on networks and wireless internet too. Everyone helps with something as a result you learn more about the career path that is best suited for you. The most challenging aspect is the lack of documented code of conducts and company procedures and rules. As someone who has worked in a big company and a University of Technology graduate, i have no problem adapting in such conditions but it would be much easier if everyone knew everything without having to ask about every little thing and being uncertain about a lot. Co-workers have been very good and accommodating, when I started out everyone was willing to assist all the time, it has been a.wonderful experience to be part of the team.

Cons: No overtime paid for working after hours

Pros: I have experienced a lot , regarding information technology & Client relations , as well as Team - Time & project management at the age of 19.
Cons: No Training , no salary increases , no adventure.
