Cons: Not enough opportunities to grow within the company. Work based on Sanral tenders. Time based.

Excellent learning curve

I worked for Tolcon group for five years as Senior Electrical Technician and resigned after getting an offer as a Project Manager at Kumba Engineering and Projects in Limpopo. I handle all projects maintenance issues and the running of it at large.All administration work ,budget and spares control for the project are all part of my duties on a daily basis. I have enough experience to handle all the pressure and capable of working on my own without supervision. Hard worker,well experienced and knowledgeable about all technical matters.

Pros: Best opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

My experience with the company has been good I v learned a lot for the past 6 years working for the company. I v learned how to deal with difficult clients and how to manage a group from different backgrounds with different personalities.

Pros: great opportunity to work with different people from different background and how to deal with clients everyday
Cons: long hours

Fast learner

I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE WORKING CONDITIONS THAT I GOT FROM TOLCON GROUP COMPANY THAT'S WHY I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY AT YOUR COMPANY TO EXPAND MY SKILLS AND EARN A LITTLE INCOME TO HELP ME PAY FOR MY COLLEGE FEES

Excellent learning curve

It is great to work for this company I've learned how to solve problems, how to deal with customers how to manage myself and to be trustworthy not to forget to work as team and how to deal with my personal stress, I always tell myself that I'm the face of the company , even though some customers come with attitude I have to deal with them with respect and smile because the customer is always right and I mustn't take the things that they say personally . every day I have to remind myself that I have 2 types of customers I have internal customers (my co-employees)and external customers (the road users) and my duty is to satisfy both of them

Cons: working shifts
