Learning in hard way.Acting as Admin manager during sick leave or annual leave. Answering telephone, sending report to head office ,filling,solving problem. During absence of supervisor monitoring the the traffic if moving smoothly, attend customer complain or cashier complain,

Have good experience and good customer relationship,have learned good communication and working under pressure and I have enjoyed going for trips and the most challenging aspects is when the customer didn't want to listen to me

Go leaning experience and supervisorial experience

Working for Tolcon gave me a more brighter future by learning how to interact with users clients and fellow employees on a day to day experience, team building has been a big role as it helps in identifying problems and mishaps in the company, the most challenging part is trying procedure for the company and an affordable and reasonable rate without losing any clients and contractors
