Day to day interaction with employees ,sitting in disciplinary hearings and attending union meetings

I enjoy day to day interaction with fellow colleague by assisting them with their HR related queries. I learned how to deal with people of all age groups

Pros: able to learn lot of things due to their org structure
Cons: no growth

Learning Curve

Tongaat Hulett is a big company, that comes with a lot of challenges, day to day work requires a report that I am required to go through and complete, a list of orders to be placed and my duties is to follow SCM procedures to ensure we get the best deal.

Pros: Big Comapny with a lot of history
Cons: current state of the economy killing the sugar indusrty

Oppoturnity to learn

My typical day is to assist employees with their queries ,arranging disciplinary hearings and attending meetings. I enjoy day to day interaction with fellow employees and union because that's how you learn about employees challenges employees face to do their work

Pros: great ooportunity to gain experience in the field
Cons: no opportunities in the company due to their org structure
