Pros: It's a good place for learning skills working with other people, and to manage pressure very well.
Cons: working 8 hours shift and overtime when is required.

Excellent learning curve

Working as an in-service trainee, I have been working on projects both with the section engineer and engineering manager. Most of my job included meeting deadlines on projects while at the same time working with the artisans on maintenance. The most challenging of my job has been planning a project from scratch then supervising its execution. It can be widely challenging asking skilled artisans to do a job a certain way they are not used to

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
