Beeing more concerned about customers

Working with customers is more like an adventure as you get different customers characters and able to fit in their shoes. I believe that being at work must be fun and exciting as it is a place were one sppend most of the time there. Having a team that works hard to achieve goals and able to motivate them will be a plus.

We have a good relationship with colegues .our aim is to satisfy customers needs.I have learner a lot about different customers .I enjoy when I see our everyday customers coming back with other customers and when the feel good about our customer service . The most challenging is when customers want more of staff that we Dont have and they want to pay and get staff the same day which is impossible.

Was meeting customer's needs

Im an sells man I habe a good and positive relationship with my co workers we work together as a teram as one I've learnt to give tje customers the good treatment and to overcome problems and to hand customers what they need I enjoy to work with a teram alone and to give customers good attitude and make the to buy even though they were looking I lost my parents at the earliest age so I'm an mother and a father to my youngest brother

Great learning curve

working a 10 hour day every day with different people performing different activities form cleaning to sales, data capturing, receiving, dispatch and a merchandise manager

Pros: great opportunity in a retail environment
Cons: less paying
