Excellent learning opportunity working on Sasol Plants as well as power stations

A typical work day consists of meetings held with clients,creating project plans for major jobs such as upcoming shutdowns and current upcoming minor jobs, taking job cards and scoping work required to be done, doing costing for job cards, tracking work completions, resources spent and man hours spent. finishing of after completion of jobs.. My current relationship with co-workers is the of a family, everyone looks out for everyone and you always help where you can, its moving breathing and thinking like one person. We formed a great team What i Enjoy Most is creating a detailed project plan for each job, assigning resources and tracking the plan and the job so as to be able to complete the job as soon as possible The most challenging aspects of my job is creating a detailed and effect project plan for a job and scoping the work for the job because of so many variables to take into account it puts an immense amount of stress on a person.

Pros: Great opportunity for an immense amount of experience
Cons: Long working hours during Major projects

Good communication skills and experience in the field and doing my job and willing to go the extra mile to contribute my part to help athers in the work to rich target that is set out Working hard and not a person that are steal my company time
