Great exposure to industry

Great exposure to industry: learning to use SAP system, learn how to deal with different types of customers, walk in & telepathically, learn filling system, cash up system, use scanners to help customers, check prices & price changes and stock count, good receipt delivered stock. A professional & good relationship is essential for the smooth day to day running of the company & thus developing good inter personal skills with co-workers, growing each of us to be better people all to gether in & Out of work. Challenges are what makes the job more enjoyeble, working with different people from difficult clients to clue less clients to those clients that make everyones job smoother then butter on a hot pan, to having suppliers that teach you the virtue of patience(for a lack of a better term) You learn a lot of things in such a business, but none more important than good customer relations

Stepping stone

exciting workplace, with energetic staff. although the money is not that good so is the working hours, flexibility and culture the environment is good. the training offered and the world exposed to is one of the exciting part of the job. one of the major challenges is the fact that you sell and load tiles, there are no division departments, when you are in the workplace you DO EVERYTHING from cleaning, selling, loading, stock counts, merchandise etc.

Pros: stepping stone for any career opportunity
Cons: long exhausting hours
