I am growing within the company.

I support clients on daily basis by solving their problems they encountering on the system, computer hardware and software, We are working as team in our department as anyone can take over from were you ended, I learned lot of things since I came onboard, I had no Idea more especially on ICT, then here clients sometimes they just report something that is not on you league, but you need to assist them at the end of the day. The challenging part is when they report something that you are not familiar with and you have to assist them.

Pros: I got promoted twice in five years
Cons: Sometimes I travel long distance were it requires me to work overtime

Hands experience is the best way to learn

i do Computer repairs i.e. fixing computers, printers, monitors installing new Computer Hardware installing and upgrading computer software and programs i.e. installing pc operating systems, ant viruses, Ms Programs and purchasing of new computer components, database design using MS Sql Server, Software design using C# and SAP. I have learned basic C# and sql coding. what I like about my job is that I am able to make managerial decisions because i am place at a site. The most challenging about my work is that i do not have enough recourses to learn more.

Pros: The is a great chance of promotion
Cons: My job requires long atfer work hours

Excellent

It was 7h30 to 16h30 job we worked as a team . The relationship with the co-workers were very professional. I enjoyed the responsibility and respect we shared together.

Working very hard

I am hard working person , willing to work under pressure, I learn fast.worked over time, I also look for a better way to do things at worked that will help to save company cost to earned my production.
