Excellent Learning Curve
Customer service needs a lot of hard working and a flexible person. it's very challenging but you learn a lot firstly you learn to interact with different mind set customers, some might be rude on you some but me happy for your service. it's a good thing to have negative and positive customers just uplift your mindset and tell yourself that nothing will bring you down. In total we have a great team which will tell you that always have a positive mindset. I love giving my service to the customers but I would like to see myself growing not standing one place.

Cons: No overtime and if you work one it's for free.

Excellent team work
Hard working honest good working team they know how to work with people and excellent service health and good working atmosphere they know how to take care of customer bt we worked long hours even on holiday bt the leave are not paying well bt they ensure that they work hard to ensure that the business grow and bringing more customers they making sure that the customer come back again in the shop

Excellent learning curve and challenges
A typical work day is a busy day and I'm not afraid of any challenges,I can deal with difficult customers and not afraid of challenges,co-workers can be difficulties sometimes but I am able to resolve whatever issues we tend to encounter on a daily basis,I enjoy learning new things all the times because I don't like doing the same thing over and over again I just like challenges and what I enjoy the most about my job is interacting with others based on me knowing that I have good communication skills and what is challenging about my job is when petrol price goes up or when there's a public holiday because it gets very busy and people are not controllable sometimes but I conquer after all

Cons: There's long working hours,has a lot of challenges which I can manage,able to accept challenges and not afraid of any challenges,its really challenging at times when dealing with the boss more especially when they insult us infront of the customers

Excellent learning curve
Working at total garage was so interesting in the first days because you bound to meet different personalities in daily basis of which most of them they looked down upon you because most believed that working at the garage is those are less academic wise of which it is wrong it can step stone overall it is nice to for garage

Its a good working condition ,but its not safe working night shift
I learned lots of customers services working at total garage,on how to come down a customer when he/she angry ,mystery service how to welcome a costumer , i am a team worker with coworkers that is why i have a good relationship with them,the most challenging is when working nightshift alone outside at the forecourt.

Great place to deal with different people everyday
Selling petrol,my relationship with my co workers was great because am a good team player,I learned that business is what it is because of our customers, giving a great customer service, dealing with a difficult customer.

Long term experience in the customer service .
A typical work day for me would be spreading the word of your business through the loyal patrons is of utmost importance to in every company. The relationship with co-workers should be at good terms at the end of the day we are a team and there for same reasons which is is to meet costumers expectations. I have learnt that besides various clerical duties such as answering calls and responding to emails I also learnt processing well-developed communication and complaint, handling skills as well as great work ethic.. I enjoy working around people it keeps my day going. The most challenging aspect of the job was remaining calm a during stressful situations.
Pros: Was when I passed the mistry shop by suggesting promos and giving a good customer service.
Cons: Working 6 to 6 shift for two weeks

Put our customers first
Learn everyday to houner everybody who enter our premises Know that for customer to enter our premises he is doing us a favour Always greet with a smile I enjoy serving my customer always And learn that giving them a good service make customers to feel at home and always remember to come back

Customer service experience
I normally work 12 hours a day ŕ Four days in a week including Sunday's I enjoy every shift I report to, as I tend to see a lot of customers daily and my experience with them is brought since I have 5 years working with customers. My colleagues are nice to me and we all believe that loyalty is the best towards our CEO and every customers and to each and every one of us, our shifts are always monitored and we always rise with sales and the end of each month, The most challenging aspects is the shortages and our service station during fraud, robbery, and theft
Pros: I learnt first aid skill and fire fighter 3years ago
Cons: I have worked more than 12 hours in one day

Excellent learning curve
I enjoyed working with my collegues because I Am a hard worker,team player and I Am also consistent to my work ..customer service is my passion I believe that I always provide a better service to customer because I alwayz get recommendations from the customers
