Amazing Manager and co-worker, very structured work responsibilities really good environment for learning and improving. Working directly with the agency gives you the opportunity to be able to ask questions and get answers in real time as there is no go in between who is usually a manager

Cons: The pay is not much

Excellent environment for growth

I work in the tourism and tourism industry. Everyday is different, I work on various clients with different requests and that is quite interesting as there is no routine. My working environment is very diverse and that strengthens one's team work abilities. The challenges encountered are things like VAT changes,crime in the country,climate changes and our unstable economy. I have learnt to be a problem slover and multitasking. I enjoy the social development I am exposed to on daily basis.

Pros: Great environment to grow, they don't macro manage
Cons: Introvert management
