Great experience
I love my job. with all the deadlines to meet and the people I communicate with internally and externally. I take my profession seriously and with pride. it's challenging and yet exciting. the most challenging aspect of my job to ensure the money comes in and I am the collector for most key accounts. in relation to co-workers there's conflict and favoritism as well. but i'm a neutral person never let anything dampen my spirits. this is a very good company to work for
Pros: With regards to promotion, it's very diffucult as they would promote the same person higher and leave the rest to follow suit.
Cons: there's no long hours, we work our normal times

Excellent challenge
They don’t appreciate, is all about color and favorite. Work hard but not recognized . Unskilled people get senior positions . They don’t support their employees . Is a good company,but people ruine it . The company is run by interns .

Growth matters. Mentally emotionally and physically.
Full 5 day busy environment. Theres never a dull moment because one is always multitasking. Most days are stressful with target's that require to be met however its the challenges that make one push to meet those daily,weekly,monthly targets. I work in an open plan office and believe u me theres always arguments about the aircon(laughs).Apart from the silly arguments we are a good team as targets can never be met if we dont clap together. Hats off to my amazing team players.With regards to the challenges in my work place, we experience that on a daily because of the service delivery required from us but with the good management team behind us we always work together to best resolve those day yo day challenges.What I have learnt thus far is to always keep a calm head and never let the work load get to you. Its called time management which if you put into practise helps great deal.What I do enjoy the most is working for my current company is like running your own business.

Bank statements payments, capture and allocate. Age analysis accounts follow up on payments and resolve queries. Report to Branch Manager. Handle and balance petty cash. Prepare reimbursement of patty cash claims Very friendly co workers and friedly environment. Learned new system Kerridge challenge of resolving queries and resolving overdue accounts. Prove and convince to be appointed permanentt

I LEARN A LOT AND AGAIN MORE SKILLS TO THEM

Good learning experience
This is a excellent learning cure for me to get experience on Forklifts and Reach Stackers. I do different tasks everyday, which is great. I have very good relationships with my work colleagues and management. We sometimes call each other for advice. The most challenging thing for me would be electrical breakdowns on reach stackers and container handlers. It can be very challenging sometimes, but I love it. It grows me and increases my knowledge and experience. On the smaller Forklifts I have learnt alot as well. I have down re-builds, overhauled an engine, transmissions and control valves. I have done repairs on nearly every part of a forklift. As a technician, I do both electrical and mechanical breakdowns. I love breakdowns as it is much more challenging than quoted repairs and services. I get along with everyone at my workplace and on other sites that I work at. I believe in building good relationships with everyone.

Problem solving/interpersonal/leadership skills/Attention to detail/Deadline driven.
My experience of 11 years in FMCG (SAB/ABI) as the Credit Manager is a testimony in my ability in Accounts Receivable. I have gained further experience at Toyota Forklift through the Admin department (Debtors and Creditors), then promoted to Rental Manager and managed a long-term rental fleet of 2900 units and a short term rental fleet of 880 units. I was again promoted to the Financial Manager position within the JHB branch and was further promoted to Finance and HC Manager effective 1 Oct19. Thanks to the numerous courses, formal training and on-the–job-training, I have gained immense experience financially and operationally. I am an ambitious self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge attention to detail and strong analytical skills. I am always willing to go the extra mile to assist others and am focussed on ensuring that my individual as well as the branch’s goals/targets are attained.

Challenges with changes, acquiring knowledge growth
Everyday is a challenge bringing different learning aspects to my daily job. I enjoy working with different interpersonal styles and skills of the diverse people I work with. Working with vehicles from purchasing to end of contract can be challenging and complex at times as I need to pay attention to details. Handling a fleet of 170 by myself sometimes become challenge to complete with the related tasks. Meeting different suppliers makes is exciting as it brings changes everyday which allows me to acquire knowledge. Thank you
