I have done a lot of courses inside the company like QC and Safety related projects
I'm currently involved in checking safety before production start.I'm responsible for the changes of area in terms of safety precaution. I cover the whole of safety officers job to keep the company. I report and investigate any matter related to safety and I seat on hearings and audits safety measure in the plants.I find so easy to communicate with my co_workers. The challenge when you train the employees about what to do in case of emergency eg a fire drill. I learn to responsible for health and safety of employees life

Excellent learning oppotunity
Ability to cross function at different levels of management and departments. Presentation to the management exec gives one the ability to strengthen one's confidence levels . Good working relationship with all levels of personnel. Days get quite hectic and stressful - deadlines, projects and support to daily production problems. A typical day could be anything from a planned activity to totally changing focus depending on the priority at the time i.e production downtime and stable production problems. Enjoy my work especially dealing with people and the ability to teach and learn something new each day. Challenging - work resources in my team limited to the large amount of work that needs to get done,so we try to assist each other best where possible.

The best buildup
It was a really an interesting enviroment,getting to work in different plants within Toyota SA.being exposed to many different maintenance activities and breakdowns and getting a chance to be hands on during shutdown. I enjoyed the most when I was actually given the whole production line for 6 months to prove how much I've learnt. My relationship with my team mates was excellent,to sit down and what ever activities we would do during week ends and how to approach different challenges..the most challenging thing was to produce the required units with less breakdown time of wich working in team that was possible..i worked work presses,gear boxes,rollers,pumpes,jigs,rollers,conveyors,lifts, in different plants

A good building block in my professional journey. Great team dynamic
The environment is conducive to learn and grow and the fact that it’s. Multinational also exposed you to different corporate cultures and ways of doing work. The dynamics within my team is amazing and this has further strengthened the environment in so far as aiding growth. Also if you are open minded enough, this environment offers ample opportunities to learn things outside the scope of Marketing which in turn makes gives you a more holistic approach to your day to day work

Hectic environment that requires hands on, work as a business partner owing to a demand to establish and maintain a communication system that ensures effective liaison between line management , unions and workforce but also gaining relationship trust from all levels of staff.I have learnt to develop a strong sense of co-operation and build/maintain relationships with all levels of staff ( team work). And I enjoy most coaching line management on change management and undertaking management practices,The most challenging aspects of my job is to undertake forced retrenchments after exploring all other avenues in consultation with stakeholders due to required volumes.
