I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience as transport dispatcher and senior buyer make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. As you can see in the enclosed resume CV, I have been working as a senior buyer at Toyota South Africa. Since, my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the advert of your organization vacant, I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks. On the previous posts I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my manager, which proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in professional and effective manner. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own.

Open to new experineces

I Nontobeko Cynthia Mamize is self- motivated, hard worker with great communication skills and writing skills. I have experience in the motor industry for the past 4 years, starting from the year 2012 till present. I was introduced to the motor industry through a learnership programme that was initiated by Toyota South Africa Motors. Since 2013 I have worked as sales executive in both new and used departments. I have passion in customer experience and customer satisfaction. I am also passionate about cars. I am intuitive self-starter who is able to work well within a team. Safety first,improve 4's all the time, promote contineous improvement and delight your customer

Production start at 07:00 am and end shift at 15:30 afternoon. Every one start at 06:55 to wear PPE and start working by 07:00 without delay. Promote teamwork all the time, safety first and delight customer all the time. Every team member do contineous improvement to simplify the process, improve safety and improve quality. Any kaizen done by a team member get a a small compensation of R100 its does not matter how small the improvement. Treat each other with respect and respect for people. delite the customer all the time. Work overtime only if neccessary and promote cost sarving by trying to reducing rejects and scraps all the time as a team.

Pros: Toyota gives every body a chance to study to any college or university and pay 100% study fees, working 8hrs a day and everybody has equal opportunities in tems of promotions.
Cons: If you lost one of your team members eg fired, sick or diseased it takes long time to get a replacement.

Working within the Promotions and Sponsorship division I manage multiple events thus having to plan ahead in order to ensure everything runs smoothly. At the moment I have managed more than 30 projects and more coming along for next year. I work well in a team, very open to different ideas and constructive criticism. Commitments: I have experience in the marketing field for 3 years, within corporates. I am also hardworking and have experience working with constant change and ambiguity within the motor industry.

Company has potential for growth.

Busy Day to day with meetings for different issues Toyota promotes workmanship, Respect and teamwork - nt 100% but worker genarally live that way at work. Toyota is a good stepping stone and foundation to build from. I enjoy driving my simple but reliable product. Most Challenging aspect is changing KPIs and dealing with difficult Suppliers. Some days ae difficult with not easy to resolve issues.

Team work

Very well functioning team that is deadline driven. Support each other in order to succeed as a team. Challenging aspects include budget, month end and quarter ended reporting simultaneously.

The understanding of cultural differences in the workplace

Toyota is a multi cultural workforce and it is very challenging to know and understand one's culture. I enjoy each and every moment in Toyota and one of the companies strengths is it two pillars, respect for people and continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
