I am an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has a high drive to succeed. I Believe I display high levels of confidence, integrity and have good disposition. I completed a Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg. I have extensive experience in Human Resources Management, and am currently operating as a HR Generalist; I have exposure in various spheres of HRM including Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Selection, HR Policy and Procedures, Payroll Administration, VIP Payroll and HRS, Employee Wellness, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Training and Development, and HR Administration.

Excellent communication skills

A typical work week starts at 3 o clock on a Monday morning where i get up to start my consulting week at various sites all over Mpumalanga, Limpopo and now KZN. Interacting with various types of clients, different races, cultures is an exiting but satisfying entity. What I have learnt is to do a lot of things simultaneously and accurate and to work as fast as you can . I love working with people to me the most satisfying aspect is the clients satisfaction and the smile when I leave the site. How do i know when I have done an excellent job is when clients starts to ask for my HSEQ Service (Word by Mouth). The challenging aspects of my Job is to keep the client happy.

Great platform to work with people

My previous job involved a lot of cash handling and admin.I enjoyed working at this company as it gave me an opportunity to grow with my communication skills .We had different people that we used to work with on a daily basis and that exposure helped me a lot.My telephonic skills also improved quite significantly along with my computer skills' really enjoyed working with my colleagues. I even learnt to be resilient and endure the occasional overtime work we had to do.We also did some travelling which was one my favorite things that we did as I also enjoy the outdoors ,and being out of my comfort zone.

Pros: working with different people.
Cons: being over worked
