A typical work day for me consist of compiling stats/graphs/comparisons in the workflow. Updating of Attendance register. Liaising with our External Debt Collectors on monies recovered and reimbursement of Commissions. I am a strong individual with an outgoing personality. I liaise well with my subordinates, Peers. I have learnt that anything is possible with the right attitude and mindset. I practice care and growth with my staff and believe in empowering and develop my staff to their full potential. I enjoy working with different people and learnt to be transparent in diversity. I lead by example and always go the extra mile in achieving my goals and targets set. The most challenging aspects of my job is to manage my staff with it's diversity and to influence behaviour and not force change.
