Challenging environment with so much growth for their staff

Tracker was home to me , well established with strong ethics .This company cares so much for their staff . I was dealing with dealership on daily basis , by offering the clients devices and making sure that they understand the product that will be installed in their vehicles . Change of Ownership was part of the job as well on daily basis . I was contracting the clients based on the company 's protocol . Excellent relationship with co workers /Team player is important I am taking so much from this company , I don't think working in security company will be difficult for me, I will be excelling Taking with client over the phone that what I enjoyed the most Most challenging aspects : make sure that the clients stays happy at all the times to avoid come backs .I used to hate cancellations and I avoided this thing most of the time

Pros: Great company with lot of growth .They believed so much in hard working and that;s is why they will always recognise and reward their employees.
Cons: long working hours only if i working on my target to be met

Building character and learning all customer care dynamics.

Working in the control room at such a large vehicle tracking company is a huge step and challange towards becoming a strong contact center agent. The work never stops and one always needs to be awake and alert, i am responsible for incoming and outgoing calls with clients and internal clients to resolve emergency queries and events. Building relationships with staff memebers was key, you need a strong network to be succesful in a busy enviroment like this one.

Cons: 12 hour shifts

Excellent culture and I have grown immensely

Tracker Connect Pty Ltd is an excellent company to work for, I have grown immensely since being employed and progressed in my career. The company culture is great. Working as a Marketer within the organisation is great. I do believe that there is no further room for growth for me.

Good Learning curve

An okay 8:30 to 17:00 shift with 30mins tea break broken into two. Good working environment. Great co-workers but management is biased. Could do with improvement with recreation activities. I have learnt how to work with different types of people and how to handle difficult clients.

Excellent company to work for

-typical work day from 8:00 to 17:00 -Team work is very important,very fun environment ,work very well individual and also very important to work as a team to meet met team and monthly target -I have learn to be more effective when dealing with quries and complaints -I enjoyed the incentives ,team buildings and recognition for performances -when the company was lacking to distribute leads , not having enough resources /tools it really became a problem or struggle in order to reach your target
