Seasoned HR Generalist
With a company that has been family owned until three months after joining it, the HR department has gained a different look from the company. We as a team have managed to shift HR from being an administrative function to being business partners. The team that I lead is now capable of servicing employees from the CEO down to General Workers in almost all aspects of HR. The biggest challenge is the family business mindset that still exist even though that is still in pockets meaning that there is change even if it can be moving in a rather slower pace that expected.

Excellent learning curve
Always a busy day from start to end if the day. Everyday is a new challenge and that in just a few second your day can be made or broken. people that you worked there is great. There is some flaws in the company but that not to much to break your neck over.
Pros: great enviroment, great colleges, great learning, the challenges,
Cons: no promotion opportunity. no payment when working overtime.

I'm electrical linesman, I'm doing OHTE and electrical work switching and earthing ND electrical maintenance on electrical and railway systems, ND I'm looking forward to to hlp me to get a new job That can help me to achieve my goals all of thm without a delayed
