I KNOW HOW TO RESPOND IN A GOOD MANNER IN A CLIENT. CHALLENGES 1. NEVER ARGUE WITH A CLIENT 2. REMAIN CALM AND NEUTRAL 3. CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT 4. ALWAYS PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE
