Excellent learning curve

On Mondays we have sales meetings and report to the office, and then the rest of the week days we going directly to customers according to our routes. My relationship with my coworkers is good, because we usually get together and share ideas. Give one another tips of handling customer queries and how to convince customers, how to check if the customer is a potential buyer or something. The most important thing I have learnt in sales and marketing, is that you have to be patient and have good communication skills, the way you dress must be convincing before you even of your mouth and sell your products. I enjoy working with people and solve their queries, make them understand, make them feel like they are my only customers. The challenge we usually have is stock shortages and late deliveries, then on the next visit to the customer you have to calm them and make sure that they get their orders.
