Not for the faint hearted.

Extremely pressurized environment, which at times seems or can be hostile and seem toxic. Way too much favoritism and no acknowledgement for the hard working. I have learnt a lot and am now 100 times stronger than when I started there

Am a hard-working person who takes his work seriously,I like to work with people so that they can assist me in what ever am doing or advice me where I do wrong,I make sure that i finish my job on time..

Great people to work with

The people are great and also working isn't a stressful experience cause nothing is done in a rush,but there is room for improvement. Overall it was a great learning curve learned a lot and also thought a lot.

Pros: Being in control of your own team and also time keeping

Supervision, communications, time management, driving and problem solving.

On a typical working day me and my team we fetch stock then go to install and neg so that our clients are satisfied that their brand is visible.otiate space in the store.

Cons: Long traveling hours, carrying of heavy materials

Good learning

It's quite challenging and stressful work in the warehouse especially when people not trained how to handle work. It's give strength and encourage when you manage to resolve conflict and motivate you to engage yourself with different culture background of people. Nothing bring excited when you see progress and being productive.

Pros: great opportunity to grow
Cons: long working hours and some weekend when is required

Working for Tradereach

Working for Tradereach has been a pleasure.Daily duties typically include overseeing the warehouse and all operations within our branch .I handle all health and safety and I am the signed 8.2 on site .A normal day would include planning and routing and arranging stock picked and dispatched from the warehouse .Once all work is complete I then vet and publish all work completed against a specific work criteria and standard to ensure every job done I job well done .

Pros: Awesome opportunities and growth learning new challenges and strategies
Cons: No employee support and backing of staff in terms of training and empowering staff members
