Good making sales

Im not working long hours, I have relationship with my manager because I'm outgoing person I like to interact with people. I've learnt alot, I was leader head of cashiers. I like working hours in public holidays are, challenge it is goiy home late because of busy time.

Mr D work day

My work day starts at 07h00 setting up for a ahead. I run reports, check previous days performance and set out urgent work for team. Liaise with Buyers Assistants in regard to any promotional codes needed. All employees in warehouse report to me, there is no supervisor. The bulk of workforce is ladies, very challenging environment and very diverse. I have learned so much about other religions and cultures. Its a very labor intensive operation with little technology to monitor performance. Reports run at night so system is not "live" for immediate feedback. Every day is different and dealing with suppliers can be stressful but rewarding as well.

Dedication and hardwork

Managing and growing sales by means of giving good customer service and making sure sales staff is motivated to rich their sales targets. Creating environment that is fertile for customers to be loyal to the compony. Making sure that the store is clean and shelves are neatly packed and priced. Health and safety is one but not least of there things i need to look into, including logistics.
