Good learning working environment...
its a good working environment, and the people are friendly. there is always assistant when stuck with work. honestly i basically did not learn anything except the type of cars. what i enjoy most is the conversation i have with my colleagues about God., and nothing is challenging about the work...

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
i worked for this company from 2009/10/01 to 201/10/31 , i really enjoyed working the as an administrative clerk,road block co-ordinator and data capture,i was holding a number of positions but unfortunately salary was not incredible as i was looking to grow my skills with the company also to enlarge my credentials,was looking to further my career in law but due to contract basis period also long hours of working and the company does not provide study assistance to employees,i have learnt about that hardworking towards a company can either build you also destroy your career,i enjoy working in roadblock section even though it was not permanent , the challenges about this job is that you have to dedicative also multitask or else your mental capacity could melt as they don't employ enough staff to do the job,you end up with backlogs without even covering them due to the number of tasks given .
Pros: not opportunity for promotion as it is a contract basis company contracted to municipalities and government

-Organizing monthly training committee meetings, which included arranging venue, creating meeting agenda, assist with meeting minutes. -Personal Record Management. -Running Biometric Reports and clockings. -Loading employees fingers on the system, giving them access to the building. -Creating training agreements for all employees. -Responsible for arranging interviews. -Taking part in interviews -Responsible for giving candidates feeback. -Assist in creating employment contracts. - Ensure and verify monthly expense claims of employees to ensure payroll is updated.

Learning curve
Small branch with limited growth. I enjoy the working hours. Most challenging is communication to employees due to shift work. There are not teambuilding to encourage staff to work together

A great place to learn
The working hours are nice and flexible. Learning is fostered. The company culture is beautiful.

Great learning curve
Working at TMT services was huge learning curve for me and how things are in a work environment. Eveyday I would make sure my work was update to date and checked for new updates for my next batch of work. When I first started we were about 10 people in a group that worked together and we managed to become our own little click, everyone was kind and professional with each other. I learnt that even though you have your friends at work it's important to emphasize the fact that when prioity comes in its all work and no play and make sure that the quality of the work done is great. I enjoyed learning different parts and getting to do more sections of my work it kept me going. The most challenging part was when I had to prove myself my supervisor because it took me some time to the daily target until I challenged myself each day until I managed to make double what our daily stats was and became the first best performer.

Cons: Long working hours and sometimes unable to pay overtime

TMT as a company
Tmt is one the greatest companies I have worked for. I have learnt a great deal in management and I've gained plenty engineering experiences and skills over the years.

Very good driver
I'm a candidate who drive the vehicle and take good care of the company vehicle by driving safe following the company rules and the road acts rules regulations. I have a good communication skills and respecting all staff and management. I don't arrive late for work but earlier.
Pros: I'm looking forward to grow in the industry
Cons: I do not mind working extra hours I can work during weekend and public holidays

Qiuck to learn new things
I work shifts currently, so I deal with clients as I support the Harambee BRT, and I have learned a lot of things since I started working here since everything was just new to me due to the type of system I am working on.
