About my Job

Our company is contracted to M projects , we are the transporters , some days are quiet , and some times busy , it varies all the time , we have good working relations with colleges and staff , I have started as a receptionist and now a Workshop manager , during my experience I have learnt a lot on the transport and how to maintain vehicles and supervise staff , the challenges are always making sure all vehicles are road worthy and always in good working condition for the RTMS audits which we have on a yearly basis , We need to ensure our vehicles always pass the tests ., and maintain the RTMS certificate .

What it is like , to work as a manager

days starts early , employees work well with each other, I had started as a receptionist and was promoted as manager to the workshop , had a lot of responsibilities , enjoyed working as a team . challenge was meeting deadlines .
