Excellent learning curve
I am very thankful for working for such a big company which offered me an opportunity to work on an environment with people that are hardworking and dedicated to what they do. The company empowers young people like myself who come out of school and they teach you how to work efficiently as a project team, i had a chance to improve on my communication skills and work ethic. i have learnt how to develop schedules, monitor and evaluate schedules using tools such Microsoft project and Primavera P6. What i enjoy most is going to site and seeing different methodologies on how things are done on site. the biggest challenge was adapting working with the New Engineering Construction Contract (NEC 3) because while i was at school i learnt JBCC Contract but that was a bit of a challenge and i am learning so much since i put more effort to learning and adapting to the NEC contract.
Pros: Attending training required to improve on my working skills
Cons: Having limited rights to the system(M-drive)
