Fast learner,willing to learn
I am much focus,fast learner who willing to learn.Challenging that makes me grow motivates me.I can work under pressure.I am a team player and individually too.I am hands on. I have National diploma in Electrical engineering,I qualified as Mechatronics and Trade in Electrician.I fell in love with an Engineering when I was in High school Grade 10.I love Electrical because it flexible,exciting,challenging and also gives back to community. I strongly believe that I can have an input to make the company succeed.

Excellent learning curve
Locomotive Maintenance Good team work Long working hours troubleshooting , maintenance and fault finding of Hi-tech Locomotives, Data downloads analysis, reading and interpretation of schematic drawings, Test commissioning and liaison with the supervisors, production managers and other within Locomotive maintenance environment

Good learning environment
-I have a day-to-day hand full - I have a good relationship with my team and we have made a good understanding of each other to work together toward meeting jobs objectives. - I have learned to deal with people and learned how to deal with young adult to guide them in order to understand organisations polices and procedures. - I enjoy helping keen people. it makes me feel good when i transfer my knowledge to people! - My challenging aspect on my Job are: *Procurement not delivering in-time *Irresponsible young adults

my job responsibilities are: Orientate new Apprentices to SOE TE Facilitate Training of Apprentices Facilitate training of Qualified Artisans Conduct Outcome based Assessments Design & develop courses/training material Implementation of training plans Matching of skills in training to requirements of business Conduct & develop bridging courses for trade Determine future of training needs Annual review of training needs Staying abreast of changes in trades Conduct assessments Monitor OJT Handle all training related administration (i.e. SAP Logistics and LSO )

Qualified millwright have experience on job training
Transnet engineering is a company that builds trains and locomotives accuracy is required and safety is everyone's objective, we we wrote wt we did per day day and submitted it every morning we were given task tha we had to finish time management was very important if u dont want to ne piled up we work, when working on breakdown u write how long it took to find and fix the fault that helped us a lot to manage time.

Excellent learning curve,had a chance to be woking in different projects and projections
Transnet engineering was the first platform where i got to explore different work areas in a daily bases. The team work was the best by far, with reference to the several projects we worked on as a team, incuding the green belt project that was a great success and a learning platform for the team as we yielded savings in it. I hav learnt team working, project management, process improvement, how to properly manage a project through applying and involving all the customers voice, the companies standards and techniques like continuous improvement. The most enjoyable moment was going to meeting every morning, knowing we are going to discuss all our targets for the day and what down falls we had yestrday and what could be done. The challenging aspect of any job is when you try to implement change in a process.

Be an asset to the business, as i'm flexible, reliable and very intelligent.
My work can be hectic sometimes as I have to work on expcetions and give report on material shortage list everyday, I have a strong relationship with my co-workers as sometimes my life depends on them as I'm Disabled. Being at Transnet for 14 years was a learning curve as I have learnt to embrace my challenges, to use my natural and learnt talents to define myself, to measure my abilities and know my limits. In the process I have learnt not to be confined by other people’s definition of my potential and circumstances. But the greatest lesson I have come to learn during this period is that when people of a similar circumstance come together they can shape and build One Mission. I enjoy my work being accurate, the most challenging of it is when I don't reach my targets and making sales.
Pros: As i work hard and want to achieve in any situation, promotion wish to be granted as i will improve the public profile
Cons: With my Disability I don't mind working long hours as long as targets are met

Multi tasking, Supritendant assistance, facilitator, Assessors, qualified artisan, first aider, Incident Investigator, metal particles inspector, mathematics problem solver, Customers focus, Easy person to work with, Good previous working record, Leadership Skills, Situation anylising, Executing task with no come backs and being delicated to teach others, Leaving without completing a job.

Excellent learning curve
walk the production line understanding if there are any issues within the line, checking if daily deliveries are on track. Check Stores for housekeeping and all controls in place. Check system at Sales progress and material availability for the week. Analyze the Income Statement on a daily basis to check expense are not exceeded. Run Reports - Do Stock analysis and check planning aligned and sales forecasting Engaged daily with production manager and supervisors and daily with Buyer. I have built good relationship with external customers to ensure we align the targets and deliveries. The most difficult aspect of the job is to ensure that material is readily available for production as majority of suppliers are from the States and at the same time to push production to meet deliveries to ensure customer is satisfied.
