Monitoring and Evaluating Transformation Policy

My job entails monitoring and evaluating Transnet contracts with our clients. this involves engagement with several stakeholder both internally and externally. This position tally very well with interpersonal skills for involve working with people from different levels of management from junior to executives of companies. This job seek one to be on the road most of the meeting clients and their beneficiaries for evaluation purposes. Since most of our contract are politically awarded there some grey area that one need to deal with and at times you will clash with the principal with your findings.
