Dont wait on people to tell you good..do good always
Day start at 7 am with a 8 min production meeting..Plan urgent work and see where is help needed.Interact and direct co workers in right direction with complicated work that will lead to a stand still in workshop.In that way i help with co worker relationship and know we can trust one another.Most challenging is to work at 8 different areas in one day.At the end the work was complete and management is happy

production meeting..10 min what needs to be done. extremely good relationship with fellow workers. working together get the job done faster. Enjoy others to get the job done and to see smile on their face. Working in 8 sections in the workshop to let prodution flow. Build something with little spares (refurbish old material and re-use it again)

Normal starts at 7 and ends at 16h00.Prodution for the day discussion.Good relationship with co-workers.Help out where help is needed to to let the work flow and the day go quick. To see a smile on some ones face after a hard days work..tell me they had a awesome day. To assist in different areas and your own work are standing still

Day starts at 07h00 end 15h30.Production meeting..set out the work that is urgent .Assist where there is delays or help needed.By helping a fellow worker give me great joy and that builds up a good relationship.I have learned that teamspirit is important fir company growth...what i enjoy most is keeping me busy and learn knew ways in production.Challenging but good is to work in different area and still get your work done with a smile.

Learnt alot in manufacturing more especially working with five main OEM
Have worked through various positions in the company. Currently manufacturing different component for different OEM. Have acquired alot of experience in manufacturing and have travelled the world learning different systems in manufacturing.

Excellent learning curve
We always work as team and i have learn how to operate cnc machines i.e cnc lathe and cnc milling. CNC setting,programming. I also know to use Lathe machine i.e taper turning,double starts threads,square threads and v- threads and milling machines,milling slots and general milling. The most thing i enjoyed is working with a team because we haved good comminication with our team mates.

Good at what i do
Working here is a great opportunity because you tend to learn new things everyday. The relationship with my co-workers is the best because we work as a team. Ive learnt that theres nothing difficult if you willing to learn. I enjoying working on challenging thingd so that my mind can be broad. The most challenging thinv is when working with something that i cant find the solution to.
Pros: Attending safety health and enviroment course.
