Good work

It is a true learning experience, I enjoy the travels and working with the team, however, I am mostly on the road to different companies of the group. My relationship with co-workers is good, we are a team of three, consisting of the HR director, the HR officer and I as the HR group manager, we work as a team on each HR matter. I have learned how to deal with different types of union officials and the different types of management styles. I do enjoy helping employees with their challenges and working well with the management on how we can get the best out of all employees. The most challenging aspect is assisting management to realise a certain procedure is required to ensure good relations with employees and vies verse with the employees too. Being in HR is challenging on its own dealing with every issue, however, that is what makes HR so interesting because the is never a dull moment when one comes to work.

Pros: Freedom to work according to how i see fit, however ensure that all outputs are archieved when required
Cons: No much of support from top management, is try as you can if it fails they will deal with it

Computer literate, communication skill

Working at Transpaco limited as a Parker and counter has tought me to work both individually and in groups however working under pressure has never been a problem to me since i can handle pressure very well. It was always a tough daay everyday but worth at the end however working with other employees was amazingn

Gained experience

The company has good working hours, i get along with all workers and manager.i have gain a lot of experience like its was my firs time using system called Citrix. i enjoy driving delivering products to customers. the most challenge aspect was using citrix to create orders and invoicing.
