Travel bookings for the whole organisation
I do travel for the organisation that consist of 3 Offices in Randburg, Cape Town and Durban and I do the following; • Make International and Domestic bookings for the organisation and provide travel documents (flight tickets, accommodation, transfers, forex, Visa applications, travelers insurance, car) Teta staff, Teta Board and External Consultants. • Make appointments on behalf of staff in Embassy • Manage the relationship between TETA and Travel Agent • Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures • Responsible for drafting Terms of Reference for travel related tenders • Responsible for updating the company’s travel policy • Monitor RFP approvals to ensure that processes are followed at all times • Research trends in the hospitality and recommend best practices • Filing of documents (electronic and manual) • Administer travel plan and cost • Arrange venues and catering for all TETA Events

Positive attitude towards work
I'm a hard work who adapt quickly to change..i enjoy working with people,but i'm also a self starter who doesn't mind working on my own. I respect people who are above me n lower me,all in all i respect people n their decisiona,as well as their opinions. I'm always punctual,arriving at work and meetings on time..my previous shows that i have good attitude when dealing with stakeholders.
