I possess an accounting related qualification, and I got an opportunity to apply that technical knowledge in order to obtain practical experience. The diversity of the compAny has strengthened my ability to interact and see things from other people's perspective. Application of attention to detail which my daily duties include, have improved my focus and my accuracy. Maintaining an open mind and finding logic behind has proven to me that one needs to understand the bigger picture if desired results are to be achieved.

Pros: Different departments, opportunity to move around and learn more about the company
Cons: Too many restrictions in terms of freedom to be yourself

Excellent communication skills

I am Back office admin. i have great relationship with people i work with, i learn a lot in at my work place such as capturing and collecting invoices, preparing payments. we have few stuff in our department but such as dedicated people i do my best to meet dead lines in time

Enjoy working with claims

I am an early riser and therefore I am at the office normally at 7am in the morning and I start working. I have built excellent relationships with all of my colleagues and with my clients. I have learnt that keeping a client informed and updated on the progress of their claim is of utmost importance and taking time to explain the claims process to the client. I have a passion for claims and I enjoy the challenges that goes with claims. I enjoy building relationships with colleagues, clients and also with different business partners and suppliers. The most challenging part of my job is sometimes having to explain to clients why their claims are not being paid.

Pros: Helping people to have peace of mind after suffering a loss.
Cons: Having to reject a claim, however it's about paying the right claims
