Excellent experience

i love my job, i enjoy dealing with customers my greatest joy is when a customer loves the product and we get a confirmed order every day is a different working day, i deal with extremely dramatic people that can kill good moments on the flip side we have way too many staff issues there are no normal days at this company as every day has a different challenge if its not a difficult customer its a staff member this has taken a toll on me resulting in me not being productive at work thus working long hours at night i need to be the problem solver and team building is not an easy task the most challenging part is difficult customers but dealing with diffiult customers has really made me excel in trouble shooting and in the process has made me excel in my position

Excellent challenge

Every day is extremely stressful. i have an excellent relationship with staff. Unfortunately there are about 4 or 5 staff that have attitude that is totally unexplainable. Working at Trim Zone has been a great experience. I have increased my knowledge about running a business. I enjoy my duties, the planning and managing of the business, despite some of the difficult staff. Every day is a challenge. Satisfying customers is the biggest challenge but its an amazing experience.

Pros: excellent challenge , every day is a learning curve
Cons: no life balance , hours are too long

Excellent learning school for a business minded person

its a Beautiful business. Very exciting to sell items. Extremely challenging and stresfull as one is kept on their toes. Very difficult to plan as every day is a different day but the sad part is there are very few team players.
