Eye opening & educational

My current position has allowed me to explore other areas of my job or skill set. In the process I have realised that I have a head for numbers, my analytical and detail orientated eye allows me to spot trends and/or irregularities the different departments I deal with. Because I am so busy, my work process has to be quick and accurate. So I have been able to stream line and update a lot of the company procedures & processes. I love the financial side of the business, I would like to further my studies next year. I dont have any financial background but because I work so closely with the Financial director, I have learnt so much. I work extremely well with my colleagues, and have always. I believe that having a good relationship with your piers allows work environment to be constructive. My background in Beauty industry has definitely exposed me to all sorts of staff and clients. Its allowed to be very effective when dealing with customer relation issues and/or complaints.

Pros: Flexibility, I can get involved in all aspects of the business
Cons: Not much room for me to grow

Learning

The company is a very good learning company, I enjoy working there. We get sometimes extremely busy with monitoring of alarms. I have a very good communication with my co -workers. I have learned that we are all different and different backgrounds,we deal with situations in different manners. The most challenging it's to communicate with different and complaining clients.
