Mutial beneficial agreement between company and employee to work to one goal to grow the company .

A typical work day for me starts with reviewing my previous day's work before and finishing off any uncompleted work before starting with the day's new work I allow myself a hour in the morning for this exercise. My relationship is as a part of the team as I know how the organization works and fill my position to the best of my ability, I have found concentrating on the work and not on personal issues allows my colluages to come and ask advise about work obsticals easier. I have learned out of experience it is not how much one individual means to the company but how much the whole team means when making a difference. I enjoy most when the company is running smoothly without problems, but also enjoy making a diffrance to improve on existing area's of problems experienced. The most challenging aspects of the job is smoothing the problem areas away and making as a team effort that the company run smoother from start supply to client till receiving the payments in of the clients.

Pros: Satisfaction of your job well done, neat and orderly
Cons: Stock takes can be overwhelming on late hours but see overall improvement as stock qty's are correct so we know what we can supply and what we must purchase to smooth out the day to day running of the company

Building my career path one step at a time

Hard work with exciting new challenges is how I explain my previous work situation. Excellent work relationship with fellow employees as we all were working on the same team to build the company. I have learned is not what one person can do to make a diffrance in the company but what you can athief working as a team with the same goals. I enjoyed most about my company was team building events that was were we could socialize and build team spirit not just in that situation but in future company challenges. The most challenging aspects of the job for me was assessing the need of the company for me and striving and accomplishing that goals.

Pros: starting in one position and working yourself up to a higher position in a few months
Cons: dedication on having to adapt and learn more to advance yourself in a higher position

Exiting new challenges with unexpected team building excercizes working for my company. Typical work day is to give your best to improve,adapt and to motivate suppliers,staff and clients on best service delivery. My relationship with coworkers are excellent as we strive for the same goal to make our company the best in the industry. It is not what you as an individual can athieve but what you can athieve as a team. I most enjoyed the team building experiences as there is were you can connect on a more personal level with fellow colleagues. Most challenging aspects is dealing with all different and unique fellow employees and clients to see where you can best shoot the company needs

One person is stronger a a good team then standing in the spot light by himself

A typical day for me is being on time even earlier at my work place reviewing my previous day's work and finishing any incomplete work before starting the new day's work. My relations with my fellow employees has always been good as I live by the idea that it is the team efforts that makes a company successful. I have learned it that working as a team you accomplish far greater results than working alone. I enjoy most company team building events as this is were you see where your fellow employee's strong and weak points are. Most challenging aspects of the job is to overcome challenges of mistakes made by negligence

Pros: atthieving graiter goals in the company then originally required of the team.
Cons: standing in for a sick employee and to first catch up a back log on his work and also not being able to concentrate on your own as you take pride in your job.

I can accomplish so much more as part of a team as standing alone in the spot light.

A typical work day is starting my day following up on my previous day work to complete any work that is not completed before starting on the new day's work. My relationship with my coworkers is very good as I understand that working as a team is more beneficial to the company. I have that you athieve more in working as team than trying to do it on your own goals. I enjoy most company team building events as that is were you learn what is the co workers strong and weak points. The most challenging aspect of the job is trying to fix problems caused by negligence in the work place but building up experience how to deal with such problems.

Excellence through experience

A typical work day is starting my work day, following up on the previous day work and completing it, before starting on the new days work. My relationship with co-workers is generally very good, as I see my co-workers as part of my team. I have learned out of experience that you achieve more goals working in a team then working alone. I enjoy the most seeing that co-workers and myself finding success in the job. Most challenging aspect of the job is standing in for a fellow employee when sick as you don't know we're to start to continue with his job.

Not what you can accomplish as individual but what you can athieve as a Team.

A Typical work day is working to one goal and it is to uplift the company by applying your skills to improve the companies intrest daily. My relation shi with my fellow employees is always on good foot as I understand it takes a team effort to build the company I have learned to make a diffrance it is not what one person can offer but what you can athieve as a team I enjoy most after a hard day's work double checking myself to see that there are no problems that can arise in the future that gives me job satisfaction To work with negative employees and to change there views positively.

A typical work day for me is overing and applying my skills to the best of my ability to improve the day to day buying process I have a excellent relationship with my fellow employees as I know how important team work is in the overall process to the company's goals I have learned that it isn't one employee that makes the grates change but how you work in a team together to that goal I enjoy team building events the most as that is were you learn more about your fellow colleagues Most challenging for me is to chang a fellow employee that has a negative attitude to a positive attitude.
