Excellent leaning curve

Well I can say my relationship with my fellow work mate is exekent we help each other a lot and encourage each other to do better than yesterday. It a big company with plant off hard working staff

Pros: Had no promotion had been a Packer for a while
Cons: 8 hours every day and it feels like 12 due to hard work

Goog industry to learn

it is a good place to learn or gain more knowledge, its a very busy industry always working, under pressure, as a team leader ihad to arrange the spare and make sure all maintenances are doing their works timeously and accurately , to satisfy production supervisors,

Pros: i get promoted as a team leader

Experiences and challenges

My experience thus far has been mainly in the field of Accounting, tax, operations management and project management. My career aspiration is to pursue a thought-provoking career that will enable me to harness all the knowledge I have learnt thus far. I enjoy the family-oriented culture that's been created here. The challenging aspect of the job is that when you have done it for too long you tend to not give 100% as you now know it so well.

Cons: No growth oppourtunities

Great challenge and good for personal growth

Very busy work day. I learnt to think on my feet and to adapt to changing situations. The most challenging thing about the job was the time constraints and the demand
