A day at Cash converters head office

I have learnt a lot at the company., from capturing of bank statements up to handling management accounts doing salaries and vat and all the debtors and creditors, invoicing and statements. I had a great relationship with my co workers and got along very well we were a close team, I enjoyed working with the team and learning how everything works in cash converters and what they had to over to their clients. The most challenging part was the work load. But once you got the hang of everything it went quite good. The franchisees of the stores are also friendly. A typical day at the workplace is to import the sales we receive everyday. Going throug email and business in a box what is needed saving of documents and capturing of bank statements reconciliation of accounts and submitting docs to sars, At month end its time for salary recons and to submit PAYE. AND GETTING MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS UO TO DATE TO SEND IN FOR REVIEW

The company is great however the hours are long making it impossible to balance between personal life and work life .....................................,..............................................................
