Customer service and good communication skills

A very a good relationship with coworkers we treat each other like brothers and sisters and we respect one another. I learnt how to communicate with people especially customers. How to attend customers complaints and to listen attentively to what people are saying I enjoy working in an environment with diversity, such as gender, Age, religions and race because you learn a lot from other people who comes from different background than yours For me the challenging aspect is working night shift where you have to walk to the tax rank at night and it's not safe we do not have transport that delivers staff to their respective ranks

Pros: Improves communication skills
Cons: Overwork and less paid
