Excellent learning curve

Working at a call centre environment has been one of the most amazing things to do, wonderful environment and also wonderful customers as well, it actually made me gain more experience in interacting with both sweet and not so sweet customers. I have learnt that not all days are going to be the same in terms of interacting with specific customers with different characters therefor it’s very important to try and adjust to different personalities, the most challenging aspects of the job id having to deal with very rude and aggressive customers but with my calm personality I manage to understand their point of view and calm them down in every way possible

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth
Cons: Long working hours
