Great learning experience

The learning experience at truworths was a great opportunity for me to learn about the roles of a service desk agent and how it operates. The working environment was well structured .

Excellent learning curve

Working at truworth was a great experience,It was very challenging but i have learn a lot from them, the management were very good and understanding people and they were very helping and encouraging they alway show you were you went wrong and correct you and even if you did well they motive you, to me it was like my new home because we always work as a team we became as one person, it was fun and I really appreciate the training they gave me to develop the skill, knowledge and experience that I have rigth know.

Excellent learning curve

Worked with 4 different systems We had targets to meet every week relationship with Co workers was great as we worked in teams . I have learned so many things as we worked with different kinds of clients I have leaned to adjust with my environment and how to treat different kinds of people. I have enjoyed my working environment with the flexible hours we worked and my manager was a great person to go to when ever you having difficulty and the people I worked with were willing to help out. The most difficult part of the job was not being able to grow as a person

I love working with customer's

I am a hard working person, love dealing with customers. And very trust worthy. I take my job seriously and do not let things get me down. I always try and mention my job such as making it fun, and not let difficult customers get me down. I am a reasonable and understanding person who does not always give up , but always try to make the best out of my job and what is asked for. I always take responsibility for all my actions and always go the extra mile for a best out come. I am a friendly person. And love making customers feel comfortable when I speak to them. Educating the customers, and most of all having patient with customers. Making sure a customer understand and feel happy with me is the best thing and love seeing or hearing customers is actually happy .Making the company proud is what I always do. In my life.

Good environment and opportunity to grow

Working hand in hand with different teams and management. Managing monitoring, training and coaching of new and existing employees, conducting interviews and perfomance management. Working in credit service department hand in hand with sales department, ensuring sales increase and bad debt books reduction.

Nice place to work at, they just have a tendency to treat us unfairly

The people with no work experience who are employed long after we there get paid more than what we do. We the old staff have to endure a lot of discrimination from our superiors because they think they better than us. They are unfair and treat us like imbisils.

Cons: extending working hours without informimg us and not getting aid properly for overtime

I've learned so much about Call Centre and I've gained experience

I 'very learnt to work as a team and I was enjoying it. I enjoyed the staff party. I had a great time and relationship with my co-owners and my managers

Learning curve

its a very nice environment,its a company that people an opportunity to grow.we work in shift and very tiring ones.its whereby you do not even spend quality time with family.the work that am doing right,its not what i have study for, i need something that's challenging and am looking for something that will be based on what i have study for.most challenging there its the shift and money.my work environment its very friendly and fun.
