Challenging with operations vs. SLA vs. client courtesy On site co workers are family orientated look after you staff & they will look after your client annual leave not having senior management support within the SLA

Pros: promise pay of budget percentage for the annual turn over, formidable annual increase, promotions & growth
Cons: no promotions, no learning & developement, annual increase of 3% & less, no transfers

Normal work days

my work day starts , at the office we do a lot of interactions with our staff and clients every day problem solving and customer care, we do PRP daily and some day extra traveling to to one of my out of town sites doing a lot of inspections on sites and training interacting with management during working days is a must , my relationship with co workers excellent and I can relate from the cleaner to the director , I haven't learnt company politics , I enjoy working with my staff and supervisors always something new the most challenging aspect of my work is to work with management that have no leadership ability's

Good opportunity

I am a fast learner and a good work never late always willing to learn more and always ask the boss for good advise and I dnt put my self in staff problems

Great learning experience

Control the clients chemicals i.e. dilution, mixing & issuing of the Chemicals. Maintain the cleaning programme and use initiative on when to be Flexible regarding staffing. Ensuring campus is cleaned for both Health and Appearance Responsible for Audits done on site by the Client Standard Operating Procedures.
