Good learing curve

Good for learning experience, also essential for a starting point. Lot to learn since we sub constructing a busy government referral hospital. Learn new medical terms, conditions daily to be able assist public that call for assistance. Improve our listening skills as most who calls are cold calling for assistance and are not familiar with most medical terms. Also we are very patient with the public and with our own specialize doctors since some are not fluent with speaking English. Patience, listening, communication, professionalism are the skills we obtain. It is really enjoyable because it a learning curve.

Pros: Good opportunity for learning and getting experience
Cons: Long working hours, night shift hours, weekends and public holidays

Good opportunity

Good communication skills, can work under pressure always punctual. I can manage work load if its given within short space of time to reach deadline.
