This role has two major areas of support: Primary: To provide direct administrative support to the CEO and Executive Director Operations (executive management) and indirect support to the Board of Directors and, as required, it’s Committees. While managing very confidential material and information. Secondary: As a member of the support services cross-functional team, provide support and oversight of the office administration functions including reception, facilities, telephone, purchasing, equipment maintenance and other duties as may be required for successful organizational results. Reporting directly to the Financial Director, the CEO and Executive Director Operations, I provide executive support in one-on-one working relationships. I also have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, I work under pressure at times and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Excellent opportunity to grow

Exposure to a lot of different career opportunities in Facilities Management and overall background. Equipped with skills to execute my daily duties and be a good team player. Good work ethic and challenged to be innovative.

Dynamic Environment

I work in fast growing and high labour intensive environment that requires a person who is attentive to detail , proactive and focused. The environment keeps me on my toes and very demanding as there is a lot of transformation and projects that are imaging now and then. Always be ready for action, long hours and adrenaline rush I have learned to be assertive, and also self management to a point that i personally master myself on what my core expertise are and what i need to learn as I go. Most challenge aspect of the job is that proper mandate is not always given.. no proper engagements between HOD's that information is not filtered correctly to the lower levels. The support and knowledge i get from my team mates keeps me going and doing my best. we are able to build highly motivated teams focused on achieving objectives and goals for the organisation

Strong Governance

The role is a new role with the objective of transitioning the then IT from Service Provider to Business Partner maturity level. This has been achieved through PM method and strategic projects/programmes.

Excellent learning curve

Greetings, I am in charge of all HR functions in our division, like processing all administration as handling contracts, promotions, internal transfers, terminations, recruitment, Payroll queries,IOD, claims, monthly HR report etc. My relationship with my colleagues is the great, as I am a people’s person with a good personality. In this industry I have learned that you have to have a understanding and patient heart to accommodate every employee. I mostly enjoy Payroll queries because everyday you learn something new. The most challenging

Excellent learning curve across all sectors of Tsebo Solutions Group

Actively supported all Divisions with payroll optimization, identify possible gaps in the payroll outsourcing model, standardize and align process and procedures. Monitored accuracy of payroll and support all Divisions in implementing Compensation and Benefits shared services per division, including Paterson Grading across the Tsebo Solutions Group. Paterson grading for entire Group and all entities (Cleaning, Facilities, Security and Catering) Project Managed Payroll Optimisation and Systems Integration. A few highlights of my strong qualifications include the following: • Established robust policies and procedures that delivered strategic direction for overseeing strategy implementation. • Planned and executed comprehensive reward and remuneration strategies, supporting recruitment and retention of talented staff. • Spearheaded the deployment and implementation of people excellence reward scheme - short term incentive scheme across the South African operations.

Pros: A great company to have worked for, a pity that this position was only a 1 (one) year contract. Ability to work from home as well as travel to various Tsebo Operation across the country.
Cons: Nil. Hours were long, however, the end results were always fruitful and value add.

Great Learning Curve

It's very nice to work at Tsebo and my relationship with the co-workers is great . You learn everyday cause we come across different challenges . What i enjoy is that everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. Inpatient people
