I was an operator of Tshete Holdings of maxi and stock bricks under supervisor Lucky Mashava.

I want to work as office administrative. My relationship with co-workers was good are like my family to me. I learned to be a patient person and be a polite to other people. I enjoy most when we share ideas at work . The most challenging aspects of the job was to work as an operator of maxi and stock bricks

Best opportunity to advance my career

Review paymeny requests for the day and prioritise the urgent request Petty cash reconciliation Process Debtors and Creditors invoices Raw Material reconciliation with production team Customer and supplier queries This was a learning curve for me as I have never been exposed to to manufaturing environment. What I enjoyed about my work was the every day challenges where production is concerned. Challenges was getting everyone on board with the changes in payment procedures and the requirements beforw payments are made to suppliers.

Pros: I was in charge of the Finance Department
Cons: Assist colleagues to adjust to the Finance processes as they didnt have processes before
