My name is Innocent Sibiya I have completed National Diploma: Office Management and Technology at TUT Institution on November 2015, I am currently working at Tshwane Rapid Transit as Human Resources Administration Clerk, I have worked at Department of Rural Development and Land Reform as Administrative Officer Intern, where I was assisting the unit with Administrative, Secretariat Support and Financial Management duties for 12 Months (01 July 2016 – June 2017, I also worked at Department of Public Services and Administration as a Data capture for 09 Months (01 June 2015 – 29 February 2016)

Pros: The company has better opportunities for growth
Cons: 8 hours per day for 5 working days

Was working with heavy vehicles(buses)

I am qualified auto electrician with a 3years experience of an apprentice at tshwane rapid transit and am suitable for this role because am I can work under pressure, and I can also repair electrical faults on a vehicle,fault findings,diagnose and repair ignition, wiring a vehicle, maintaining and checking the alternator and starters and also repair electrical lights

Excellent environment

I enjoy working for TRT as we have good working relations with co-workers and I have learnt to be accurate, responsible and neat as I work with Executives most of the time. I enjoy travel and meetings coordination most. The most challenge is we are very busy most of the time that we are unable to go for lunch breaks.

Pros: greater chances for personal growth.

Good learning environment

I'm a young female who enjoys working in a position with flexible hours, because a flexible position keeps me awake and busy. I have a good relationship with people because of my honesty and trustworthy. I have learned how to acquire my skills and that teamwork maximizes shared knowledge in the workplace and helps you learn new skills which you can use for the whole career. I enjoy working helping others and building strong relationships.
