Excellent learning experience in a growing company

Problem solving with no internal help and no real knowledge of the machinery internal I was the only technician. New machinery that I have not yet worked on before was a good learning experience. Setting up new systems to log all maintenance done as well as breakdown log sheets that were not existing before.

Pros: Growing company
Cons: Newer a weekend off
