I learned alot and the work i learned was all new to me.

I got a very good relationship with my co-workers we always work as a team so we can get the job load done in time. I have learned a lot and I really enjoy working here . this was a new opportunity for me and I maybe had to mush high goals for myself here that never happened. Our greatest challenge was to see how mush Fines we can print a day and in the same time send them out. The only thing that I never like was that what we do was never appreciated.

Pros: Capturing traffic fines. Doing court rolls, summons and warrant of arrest. All admin work in office
Cons: From 7:30 to 4:00

Excellent

i have learnt over the years of hard work , i am a well known for hard work and team work , i want a job the will be more a less like the company i worked for , i enjoyed the most is working with people and learning new things .

Good communication skill

I consider myself a highly motivated individual who strives to achieve desired results whenever assigned to a specific task. My daughter & fiancee keep me motivated as they're the reason I wake up every morning & do what I do.I think I would be the best candidate for the position because of the skills I've acquired at varsity in the industry of concern & the corporate experience I've acquired throughtout my career life, with the above mentioned I think I would fit in beautifuly within the company structure & team.

Great Exposure

I have stopped working there when I went back to school to complete my Btech; but this was a very good opportunity for growth. I was given the chance to grow and also implement lean manufacturing tools and many other Industrial Engineering Techniques to improve different departments. I was involved in many projects that yielded some good results because of my presence as an Industrial Engineer.

Pros: Being exposed or having access to almost all department
Cons: no proper training program

Excellent Customer Service

I enjoying working with this company cause am learning a lot as to how to work with customers, I have good relationship with my co-workers and its a good thing cause the company its cultural diverse.
